Therapy

The phrase “everyone should go to therapy” gets tossed around a lot in the mental health world, as well as by people who have had positive outcomes with counselling in their lives. The way I see it, everyone should have the opportunity to pursue mental health services that align with their identities, goals, and values.

At Y. Bonnie Chi Counselling, I offer online one-on-one and group therapy for people of all ages and experiences. Clients can expect a judgement-free space and an environment that feels safe to explore unfamiliar or challenging ideas. It is my mission to help clients discover the tools to help themselves for decades to come.

One of my goals through my counselling practice is to make myself obsolete; doing good work means helping my clients reach a place where they no longer need me.
